What would you like 2027 to look and feel like?
As business owners and founders, it's easy to spend our time responding to what needs doing today, leaving little room to think about what we want for tomorrow. And with so much of our energy invested in work, our own wellbeing and personal aspirations can slip down the list.
Join Anna Woolliscroft and Sean Hegarty for What Comes Next? A Vision Board and Journalling Workshop, a creative, practical lunchtime session to pause, reflect and explore what you want from the year ahead.
We'll begin with a short reflection on 2026, acknowledging what you've experienced, learned and achieved, before turning our attention to what comes next.
Anna will introduce the eight dimensions of wellness, helping you consider the different areas of your life and choose two you'd like to focus on improving in 2027. Through a guided journalling exercise, you'll explore where you are now, where you'd like to be and the signposts that might help you move forward.
Then Sean Hegarty, founder of Hegarty House, will guide you through starting your own vision board. Sean works with individuals and teams to help them get clear on what matters and decide what to do next. Using images, words, colours and ideas, you'll begin turning your reflections into a visual reminder of what matters to you.
We'll finish with time for questions, a chance to choose words that encourage you, and one meaningful commitment with a practical first step for 2027.
What we'll explore
- Reflecting on 2026: recognising your experiences, lessons and achievements.
- The eight dimensions of wellness: identifying the areas you'd like to nurture.
- Your signposts for the future: exploring where you are now and where you want to be.
- Starting your vision board: bringing your ideas and aspirations together visually.
- Your next step: choosing one practical action to carry with you into 2027.
What you'll need
Choose the approach that suits you best.
For a digital vision board: bring your laptop or tablet and any images, words or ideas you'd like to incorporate. You can use a digital design tool of your choice – we recommend Canva.
For a physical vision board: gather a selection of magazines, scissors, sticky tape or glue, paper or card, and any stickers, coloured pens or other creative materials you'd enjoy using.
Â
There's no need to be an artist or have everything figured out before you arrive. Come as you are, with an open mind and a little curiosity about what might be possible.
Your takeaways
You'll leave with the foundations of a vision board for 2027, greater clarity about the areas of life you'd like to focus on, and one practical step to take forward.
You'll also receive access to a downloadable PDF booklet covering the exercises and ideas explored during the workshop. We'll share the QR code and a link during the session.
