Collection: In-person Journalling Circles

Choose from supportive monthly sessions for anyone seeking clarity, calm, and self-awareness through guided journalling. Each 60-minute circle explores a different theme, from self-compassion to resilience, using gentle exercises, poetry, and reflection. All materials provided. No experience necessary. £10-15 per session.
