Claudia is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in wellbeing, mindfulness and women's health. She's a regular columnist for OM Yoga magazine and a yoga expert on the award-winning Balance menopause app. Claudia creates warm, welcoming spaces where people can move gently, relax and reconnect with themselves.
About Anna
Anna is a journalling facilitator, podcast host, writer and wellbeing specialist who helps women reconnect with themselves through mindful writing. A certified Journal to the Self Instructor with a Master's in Creative Writing and Wellbeing, she creates calm, supportive spaces for reflection. Using guided prompts and visual activities, she guides people to find clarity, ease stress and build self-trust.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we're happy to offer a credit towards private tuition with Claudia or journalling circles with Anna for cancellations made on or before Saturday 1st August.
Unfortunately, cancellations received after Saturday 1st August are not eligible for a refund or credit, as arrangements and costs will already have been committed.
